My name is Cymbal but everyone calls me Cym. I am an awakened Empath, Shaman/Root worker, Spiritual Doula, Energy Alchemist and Healer appointed to activate souls by sharing my life lessons and testimonies aiding in breaking generational cycles, overcoming life adversities, and normalizing healing. I am a passionate generational cycle breaker also known as a limiting belief balancer. I guide people on how to transmute limiting beliefs from childhood and family cycles into powerhouse testimonies and

authentic actions that will serve their highest good.

Through my journey as a generational cycle breaker, I have successfully pivoted the treachery of my life in the areas of Poverty, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Childhood wounds, depression/confusion, fear, and destructive attitudes and behaviors to name a few.
